Not sure what to put where. Want to hear from you. What was your favorite 2007 ice cream flavor? What can Tim the Ice cream man create for you for 2008?
I had such a craving for your ice cream that I was crushed to learn that you were closed so that Tim can make some more and get ready for spring. How many more days until you reopen?
I love Black Dirt Blast. I love s'mores Bring back Warwick Whirlwind and Kahlua and Tiramisu.
I sometimes think you don't give new flavors a long enough try. I can only get to your place once or twice a week. I might try a new flavor and like it one week, but feel like I'm in the mood for something else the following week, and another week goes by and I want to try the new flavor again and it's gone.
Spring has arrived at the creamery. New flavors include pralines and cream and green tea. Butterscotch ripple has been reworked with a better ripple. Not so sure if it will make the cut.
After dinner mint is almost gone. Which means Mint chip will move in.
In the stix will be ready tomorrow Friday April 18.
Next week-look for Barn boots and maybe a different low-carb option
Also, just got word the "girls" will go out on pasture on Sunday 4/20 around 12:30 for 1st grass of the season. See them jump for joy. Bye-
Bellvale Bog is THE BEST. My dad flies down from New Hampshire for visits and I swear it's just for the ice cream! My office is in love with what we call "the bog" and I also love Cream of the Crop!!
Hey!! What happened to black dirt blast?? Didn't stick around long enough!! Please bring it back?/ And I hope you are actually open through December this year as my youngest son's birthday is at the very end he want a Bellvale ice cream cake!! He usually gets jipped and gets my homemade chocolate cake with homemade chocolate icing,,gee, sounds aweful!!
Reserve your ice cream for the winter. We can make hard ice cream cakes if we are still making the flavor. We will close for season right after thanksgiving.
Renovation is in full swing. Hope new design will help with some of the long lines. Might just make us a little more efficicent.
Also getting a second waffle cone maker. Hope to not run out at 7 pm on a sat night in july.!
For you local folks-get out and support the indoor farmers market at Pennings. It looks like a lot of local people selling stuff.Money stays local.So if you need a cake or steak -Go check it out.
LOVE Smores ice cream and so glad I was able to buy a big tub of it last fall...although it only lasted me 3 weeks! I felt like a pig, but it was so worth it.
Cannot wait to make my first trip to the creamery this weekend.
Happy to hear you like smores. we should have barn boots made next week which has marshmellow in it with chocolate. we will have smores later in season. check out the chocolate pudding.
I discovered you during my AT thru-hike last summer, and will be doing a section hike in your area this weekend, so you can expect one more happy customer on Saturday.

Pistachio is amazing! Unlike any I've ever had before. Until tasting yours, I've never like pistachio ice cream! And my 'regular' choice is Bellvale Bog....mmmmmmmmmm.
Peanut butter and ice cream is one of my favorites. I would love to offer more combinations. We made a flavor with peanut butter swirl and choc chunks in choc ice cream. can't remember what it was called. will check into it.! thanks for feedback amy noteboom
For all you pistachio lovers-just order pistachio nuts. Will have pistachio ice cream out shortly. i've heard some folks put peanuts in pistachio ice cream. what a shame.

2009 it was key lime sherbert
2010 my favorite was green tea ice cream.
The best anywhere and the view is just as good as the ice cream.
